Für HSS Sägeblätter bis 350 x 40 mm.
Sägekopf ist vertikal von 0°-90° neigbar
Spannstock nach rechts 0°-90° auf Gehrung schwenkbar und verschiebbar, zum Schiftern und für extrem spitze Gehrungswinkel. Durch Umsetzen des Spannstocks auf die linke Tischseite ist auch Schlitzen und Ausklinken möglich. Die gesamte Maschine läßt sich auf dem Sockel frei drehen und nach der Materialzufuhr ausrichten.
Hinweis: Die Zufuhrseite dieser Maschine ist rechts.

Kühlanlage mit Membranpumpe, zusätzlich Minimalschmierung mit Schneidöl. Auf Wunsch mit MICRO-SPRAY Sprühsystem.

Elektrik: Drehstrom 400 V, 2 Drehzahlen, Motorschutz-Hauptschalter, Momentschalter am Handhebel.

Sonderzubehör: HSS-Sägeblatt, Sprühsystem, Tür am Maschinenfuß, Längenanschlag, Rollenbahn

The allround mitering cold saw for tubes, pipes and sections
cutting mild and stainless steel

For HSS saw blades up to 350 x 40 mm.
The saw head tilts to the right within 90°, the vice miters to the right within 90° and can be moved and replaced to use the maximum size of the saw blade at any adjustment, for compound angles and acute mitering. Replacing the vice to the left side allows slitting and notching, no tools required. The whole machine can be turned on the table to meet the feeding direction.
Notice: The material feed-in is from the right side!

Lubricating: Water coolant system and oil lubricating system;
UNIST spray mist available.

Electric: 3-phase 2-speed motor, main switch and 24 V trigger switch.

Extra Equipment: H.S.S. saw blade, front door at the base,
length stops, roller carriers, UNIST spray mist system.
